• ·Payment information — processed by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and limited transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
• ·Technical data — basic information such as device and browser type collected automatically when you use the site.

We may share it with: service providers who help us operate the Convention and website (for example, payment processing, hosting, and email delivery); the Convention venue and vendors where necessary for logistics; and authorities where required by law or to protect the safety of attendees.

5. Third-Party Services

This site relies on trusted third-party services, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, and hosting) and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. Signing in with a provider such as Google is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

We retain your information for as long as needed to operate the Convention, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
