Eligibility & Registration
Attendance is limited to registered individuals aged 21–42 as of the first day of the convention.
Convention registrations are non-transferable unless specially permitted. Attempting to transfer a registration will result in cancellation of both registrations without refund. If you need to transfer your registration for any reason, please contact us.
Registered attendees must check in upon arrival and are required to wear their convention badge and wristband at all times while on convention grounds.
Conduct & Community Standards
All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, volunteers, speakers, hotel staff, and YJP team members with dignity and respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
YJP Convention 2026 is committed to being a harassment-free environment for everyone. Unwelcome sexual attention, inappropriate physical contact, or unwanted communication of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by YJP staff, volunteers, and hotel security personnel at all times.
Physical altercations, threats of violence, or behavior that endangers any person will result in immediate expulsion and may be reported to law enforcement.
Attendance & Programming
Attendees are expected to participate in convention programming in good faith. Disruption of sessions, including interrupting speakers or using mobile devices disruptively, is not permitted.
Session capacities may be enforced. Attendees who arrive late may be asked to wait until a natural break or may not be admitted if capacity has been reached.
Attendees who leave the convention grounds during the event do so at their own risk. YJP is not responsible for any events that transpire outside of the venue.
Health & Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the convention.
The consumption of alcohol is subject to hotel policies and applicable law. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Intoxication resulting in disruptive or unsafe behavior is grounds for removal without refund.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and reporting to law enforcement.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all indoor convention spaces and in any area prohibited by hotel policy or local ordinance.
Property & Hotel Policies
Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property, convention materials, or equipment.
All hotel policies must be followed at all times. Violations may result in removal from the hotel and the convention.
Convention materials may not be sold, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from YJP.
Media, Privacy & Intellectual Property
By attending YJP Convention 2026, you grant YJP and its authorized media partners the right to photograph, record, and use your likeness in convention-related materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify the YJP Media team at check-in.
Recording of sessions for personal use is permitted only with prior approval from the YJP Programming team and the relevant speaker or facilitator.
