Priyanka Shah, MS/MBA, is a healthcare and life sciences ecosystem leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategy, innovation, and growth across biotech, medtech, and healthtech. She currently leads the Life Sciences and Digital Health portfolios at a global accelerator, Endless Frontier Labs, where she identifies, evaluates, and helps scale early-stage ventures translating breakthrough science and technology into commercial value and patient impact. Priyanka also serves on the Board of NewYorkBIO, where she helps advance state and federal policies that foster innovation, expand access, and improve patient outcomes. She previously held strategy, business development, and commercial roles at Cardinal Health, BeiGene, Integra LifeSciences, and LifeCell/Allergan. Priyanka previously served as a YJP Board of Trustees and Executive Board member, as well as Editor-in-Chief of YJPerspectives. She is a proud member of the Cherry Hill Jain Sangh.
