Deep Nishar is a technologist and investor who served as a senior product executive at Google from 2003 to 2008 and was the Chief Product Officer at LinkedIn from 2009 to 2014. He was also the Senior Managing Partner at SoftBank from 2015 to 2021 and Managing Director at General Catalyst from 2022 to 2025. His enterprise software investments include Anthropic, Figma, Glean, and Slack. He holds degrees from IIT Kharagpur, UIUC, and Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
