About
Fenil Shah is a technology entrepreneur, AI founder, investor, and speaker who has founded 12 startups, with three successful outcomes, including exits to Nasdaq-listed companies (CEN and AZUR) and the creation of LearnToDrill, a highly profitable e-learning platform serving the global energy industry. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of RoboSkill Inc. (FacilityOps.ai) and Vi Signal Inc. (FaceEcho.ai), where he is pioneering practical applications of Agentic AI and Physical AI. His work focuses on moving AI beyond chatbots into the physical world, where intelligent agents collaborate with people to improve safety, productivity, healthcare, and everyday decision-making. At FacilityOps.ai, he is building AI-powered robots that autonomously inspect critical infrastructure, create digital twins, and generate trusted compliance records for industries such as data centers, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy. At FaceEcho.ai, he is developing AI that analyzes facial signals to help people monitor trends in health, wellness, and skincare through responsible computer vision, with privacy, clinical validation, and human oversight at its core. Fenil regularly speaks on Agentic AI, Physical AI, and entrepreneurship at organizations including TiE Houston, Gujarati Samaj of Houston, Jain Society of Houston, and other community and business forums. He is passionate about making AI practical, accessible, and impactful while mentoring entrepreneurs and helping business leaders understand how AI will reshape industries and careers. He also serves on the board of RookiGuru.org, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching AI and digital skills in regional languages to underprivileged students. Outside of work, Fenil enjoys water sports, travel, and exploring futuristic technologies. His mission is to transform emerging technologies into products that create lasting business and societal impact.
